Request for Proposals for Water Augmentation Alternatives Study

The Fort Ord Reuse Authority (FORA) is the managing agency in a three-party planning process partnering with Marina Coast Water District (MCWD) and Monterey Regional Water Pollution Control Agency (MRWPCA) to identify water augmentation solutions from which the FORA Board may select and MCWD may implement.

FORA is requesting proposals and alternate technical considerations from qualified individuals or firms to perform a Water Augmentation alternatives study to MCWD’s secondary component of the Regional Urban Water Augmentation Project (RUWAP) and to recommend options.

Proposals shall show appropriate qualifications to perform the Scope of Work included in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Hard copies are available at the FORA office for a fee of $25.

Note: Respondents will guarantee their submitted proposal prices for 60 days. Any RFP amendments and addenda will be posted on the FORA website.  Prospective respondents are encouraged to check the website regularly before final proposals are submitted. Except as may be specifically provided by law, once submitted, proposals and evaluation materials may not be reviewed/used for anything other than FORA’s contractor selection, until after FORA has successfully awarded a contract.

Eastside Parkway Environmental Review Services

Whitson Engineers is seeking a consultant to complete an Environmental Impact Statement /Environmental Impact Report (EIS/EIR) in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements for the Eastside Parkway Project within the former Fort Ord to fulfill its contract with Fort Ord Reuse Authority (FORA).  Whitson Engineers invites proposals from qualified individuals or firms to complete an EIS/EIR to analyze the possible effects Eastside Parkway may pose to the environment.
